We offer a range of fantastic support options to make sure that your website works at its best and that any issues are resolved quickly and easily.
For websites that we have built, we provide different types of support at each step of the journey to make sure that you can make the most of your site. We provide a comprehensive in-person training session where we will run through all the functionality of the website, show you how to perform tasks and answer any questions.
We know that, for some people, it can be a while between each time they use the website and it's easy to forget how to do things. For this reason we have the option for an accompanying 'wiki' website with quick guides for all the tasks you would usually perform. We also do video guides for anything where it's particularly useful to demonstrate.
If you have a question or you encounter a bug with your website, you can rely on our support helpdesk to resolve your problem - we're always here to help. Our support packages give you access to our helpdesk where you can open a ticket. One of the team will get back to you right away. Our helpdesk hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm but are usually monitored outside of those hours too.
As well as guiding you in using your site, we actively manage most of the sites that we build. We can install any updates that are released and monitor the website security to ensure that it is secured from would-be intruders.
We can also perform maintenance on your site, whether that's to maintain the speed of your site or perform accessibility reviews as new content is added.
If your website is based around a project or campaign, when it comes time for the project to end we can support you in closing down the website or maintain it in an 'evergreen' state.

All our websites come with an online 'wiki' website, with useful tips, guides and instructions for all aspects of managing the website.
